I teach from my heart and only teach what I personally practice and am trained in which is Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Nidra.

What I offer is only ever guidance. The space is designed for you to feel held and confident to do what's works for you.

I am a also a qualified children's yoga teacher with over two decades of experience working with children and young people with and without additional needs in health education and social care.

Hatha Yoga
Poses are broken down to help you tune into your body. Breathwork is interweaved into the classes. Modifications and variations are offered. there is always at least 5minutes of integration relaxation at the end.
Yin Yoga
Poses are held for 3-7minutes. Variations are offered to help you find that sweet spot in your body. During the held time a variety of techniques are used to hold the space such as visualisation, breath work and periods silence.
Yoga Nidra
Also known as yogic sleep. Whilst lying down you are guided through into a deep state of conscious awareness through verbal instruction. It is common for to drift in and out of this state as you develop your Yoga Nidra practice.
Restorative Yoga
Props are used to support restful held poses. Using a relaxing breath to reduce tension in the body, balance the nervous system.
