Is this for me?

As a general rule, sound healing in a group context is very safe, as instruments are usually  played off the body. The one main exception is for people with sound induced epilepsy (which is very rare), and for people experiencing acute mental health conditions. there is a precaution for those in their first trimester of pregnancy with off body sounds.

You will be asked to complete a participation form prior to attending an event see link below. Please indicate if any of the precautions apply to you so I can advise which sound healing experience is suitable, or can be modified.

What will I need?

  • A mat

  • 2 blankets - I recommend at least one for underneath

  • Anything else to aid your comfort and warmth - body temperature drops in more relaxed brainwave states. For example a cushion/pillow/ bolster/ eye pillow

  • Water or warm drink for after
