Uses

Mist

Gently spray your space and pillow and as the mist settles breathe in this deep therapeutic blend.

Taking a micro moment of bliss to allow your soul to be soothed ready for bed or to anchor in when the mind is feeling misaligned.

Oil

A few pumps gently warmed in the palms of your hand. breathing in slowly allowing the therapeutic benefits of the organic oils to gently soften the nervous system and anchor the you back into being.

Soothe bath time with a few pumps swished around the warm water. being mindful to notice the calming smell as the steam rises.

Gently massage into feet before bed to ground and release tension in the body to aid deeper rest. Adding bed socks after to allow the oils to deeply nourish.
